2018-2019 Registrations 

Students/Parents will need to complete the following to be eligible to practice/participate in an activity.

1. MSHSL - NL-S Policies Paperwork

Review and electronically approve the yearly policies of the Minnesota State High School League and NL-S Schools.

2. Sports Physicals

Athletes only are required to submit a physical - Fine Arts participants are only required to fill out the health questions that are asked in the MSHSL paperwork.

Please remember to schedule and complete your sports physicals prior to the start of a season.

Fall Activities - August 13th

Winter Activities - October 20th -November 22nd Varies per sport

Spring Activities - March 10th - March 25th Varies per sport

A copy of your physical must be on file at the Activities Office to complete this portion of  the registration.

If you are unsure of your current physical expiration date please call 354-1406.
